A key part of our customer service involves a commitment to improving your understanding of the CON29DW. Each water and sewerage company offers free CPD seminars on both the Residential CON29 DW and the Commercial DW Enquiry. The seminars address the issues raised and problems highlighted by the Drainage and Water Search including
- The importance of the plans that accompany a CON29DW
- Why we indicate whether there is a public asset within the boundary of the property or within 100 feet
- Important information regarding Section 104 agreements
Each Presentation is supported by relevant documentation and case studies. Each seminar carries 1 hour of CPD accreditation and arrangements can be made to deliver the presentation at your premises on a date and at a time to suit you
